Upon your arrival, you will be seamlessly picked up and transferred downtown. Feel free to leave your luggage at the hotel and take some time to relax until check-in (Early Check in Subjected to availability ).
In the afternoon, you will embark on an exciting city tour, starting with Ba Dinh Square, the heart of Hanoi where significant cultural and political events unfold. Capture stunning photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside, and then head to Train Street, where you can savor delicious Vietnamese coffee.
Next, you’ll enjoy a leisurely stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by an exploration of the Old Quarter—affectionately known as “The 36 Streets.” Here, you’ll soak in the rich history and vibrant local atmosphere. In the evening, you will be taken to an excellent Indian restaurant for dinner with our knowledgeable tour guide, before returning to the hotel for a restful overnight stay at Hanoi.
After breakfast, you will embark on an overland journey to Ninh Binh, the historic capital of Vietnam before Hanoi rose to prominence in the 11th century. This captivating area boasts stunning landscapes, including the famous Tam Coc Caves and the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, home to impressive temples dedicated to Kings Dinh and Le, who ruled in the 10th century.
Your adventure begins with a rowing boat trip on the Ngo Dong River, where you will glide effortlessly towards Tam Coc, known as the “Three Caves.” The true essence of this trip lies not only in the caves themselves but in the breathtaking scenery along the way. As you journey through this picturesque landscape, you’ll be treated to reflections of majestic mountains on the water. If you’re visiting during the harvest season, the rice fields transform into magnificent golden carpets beneath you, and you can savor the delightful aroma of new rice while enjoying the cheerful smiles of farmers at work.
Next, you will explore Bich Dong Pagoda, beautifully situated on a mountainside, featuring three distinct pagodas that ascend in height.
In the afternoon, you’ll return to Hanoi, making a stop to visit the temples of Kings Dinh and Le, two historic sites established in the 17th century. These temples pay tribute to the emperors who played pivotal roles in shaping the nation’s development.

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Ha Long Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as recognized by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.
Upon arrival at the Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from cruise staff and complete the check-in procedure for the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending Dragon” bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close proximity. Later in the afternoon, go back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking demonstration before having local dinner. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Wake up early to enjoy the breathtaking dawn over the sea in the morning. In Vietnam, the “East Sea” is often referred to as the “Eastern Sea,” which reflects how miraculous the experience of watching the sunrise over the islets of the Bay can be. After breakfast, our boat will continue to cruise through stunning areas where nearly every islet has its own name, often inspired by its shape or characteristics, such as Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, Butterfly Rock, and Turtle Islet.
Please check out of your room and enjoy brunch on board as the cruise makes its way back to the pier. After disembarking from the cruise, you will return to Hanoi via private transfer.
