The hotel vouchers will be mailed to guests within 2-3 business days of their original travel date. The remaining 50% should be released one day before your departure date. Yes. Tamizhan Trails does book air tickets for travellers after they pay in full and confirm the airfare, flight, and itinerary. Our service charge for the standalone service of air ticket booking is INR 250/- per person per domestic ticket and INR 500/- per person per international ticket.
Tamizhan Trails accepts payments through a number of different methods. UPI (GPay / PhonePe / PayTM / BHIM or Any UPI ID), Cash, Bank Transfers (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS), Credit & Debit Cards, Cheques, and Demand Draft are all acceptable forms of payment. All payments should be in the name of “Tamizhan Trails India Private Limited” only. Cash payment in INR will be accepted as per Government of India guidelines along with PAN. Outstation cheques are not accepted.
On payments made through an online payment gateway using Credit Card, EMI, Debit Card and Wallet payments, a convenience fee of 2% of the transaction amount is levied as bank payment gateway charges.
All guests on domestic tours in India must carry an air ticket, insurance (if applicable), and photo identification in the form of an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, and College / School ID for students. For international tours, all guests, including children and infants, must have a Passport valid for at least Six months from the tour return date, as well as any necessary Visas, air tickets, and Insurance copies.

The applicable refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation of the cancellation, according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
According to Govt. regulations, any applicable refund from Tamizhan Trails for both Domestic and International tours will be paid by A/C payee Cheque/ NEFT/RTGS in Indian Rupees only, regardless of whether you paid for the tour in full or in part.
